¹ Network Antics will notify Client if the total number of included monthly support hours is forecasted to exceed the limit.
² Any unused included monthly support hours can be 'rolled over' to the following month for up to one year.
³ EXCLUSIONS from scope: New hardware installations and upgrades; power surge-related problems; hardward malfunctions due to liquid spills; data corruption due to viruses and hackers.
