1) Change Polycom Caller ID
Need to change your caller ID so people see the preferred number ?
2) Download App – Change Credentials

3) Add another Polycom (VoIp) Phone – Provision Polycom Phone
You may already have a phone purchased through Jive. Use it. Grab the serial # (also doubles as the MAC address) and input into the Jive interface.
Go to the Polycom VoIP phone ip address. For this example it’s https://10.1.4.12
4) Route Phone Calls
Take a direct number like 619 xxx-xxxx and direct to Michael’s Polycom or whatever there landline phone.
5) General Jive Support and Jive Billing
Support requires Main phone line for your organization: 619xxx-xxxx
